Gregory Demos is a Los Angeles based real estate developer with special expertise in the development of hillside properties. Greg began his career in real estate over 20 years ago and has acted in a variety of roles within the industry including developer, contractor, project manager, construction manager, owner’s representative, investor, and fundraiser.
Greg received a dual Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering from Pennsylvania State University. He then went on to earn a Master’s Degree in Real Estate Development from New York University. Greg has a systematic approach towards each project, which he credits to his engineering background.
After working independently for several years, Greg spent four years working for a general contracting and construction management firm. In 2016 Greg decided to focus on acquiring and developing hillside properties. He is currently developing several homes and is actively working as a consultant providing a wide variety of services to developers and homeowners on various types of real estate projects.
